About Us

About Oxford Festival of Nature:

Oxford Festival of Nature is an event organised by the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) which gives an opportunity to explore the unusual and even the most common creatures and plants that live in and around the city.

Dozens of events across two weeks will culminate in a Wild Fair at the Museum on Saturday 3 June.

Find out more about what we got up to last year.

Neil Clennell, Conservation & Education Director for Oxfordshire at the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust introduces the main events:

“Nature makes a big difference to where we live and how we live. Putting up a bird box or sowing a patch of wild flowers in your garden is just as important as recycling and using less non-renewable energy.
